I don't know if it's possible, but if it is, would there be a chance of 5 more types -
For Example;

1. A wall with a Door/Entrance at the bottom.
2. A wall with a Train/Metro area (mid level on the Wall) to allow transport through.
3. A wall with an area to let water through (not sure this is possible, but I'm curious).
4. A wall with walkways (railing type, etc) at different sections of the wall.
5. And a corner part to connect them together.

I know it probably sounds like a chore, but your mod is already amazing and this would take it 10 steps further in the aesthetic/creative/''awesome'' department.

But you're already a Super Chad for pulling off these mods.

After some extensive testing, yes, these Barricades are partially waterproof, as well as some other high rise buildings that Quad has made. Aside from the sections in which roads can pass through, these things can fully stop a 9.9 tsunami no trouble.

Interesting. There is certainly no hitbox setting. My assumption is that there was an existing hitbox from the vanilla building template or... the water accepts the common mesh as hitbox.

One thing I noticed whilst using your Barricades, when faced with a tsunami, they have about 50% reflection against the tsunami wave, I know that other buildings are basically non-corporeal, so this came as a surprise, but FANTASTIC JOB NONETHELESS!

I guess I still get attach to the idea of big buildings = unique buildings. I do admit Park: Others are probably a better idea for it. I do remember some parks always have pesky pigeons around them. A bit too late for these assets, but I will consider it in the future.

But why do you suggest using Not-so-unique-building Mod? Wouldn't it be better to use a park template? That way you don't have to bypass game limitations with mods. Also Algernon (author of RICO mod) recommends using parks as templates to avoid issues with RICO mod.
