Your RGB values are incorrect in the file. For both of the receive function calls

It should be

ent:SetColor(Color(ent:GetColor().r, ent:GetColor().g, ent:GetColor().b, 255))

whereas you have it set as

ent:SetColor(Color(ent:GetColor().r, ent:GetColor().b, ent:GetColor().g, 255))

Thank you for this reupload. I use this tool a lot and was pretty baffled to see that it was no longer in the context menu.
Now I just wonder why the original author removed it...

That's because you don't find it in tools. It's in the context menu.
