I learned a LOT from this (and plan to 'steal' the "BUNS" idea - very creative use of the items available! :)
The tram dropped before I got there as well as the elevator to the office (both require uranium....) which took away a lot of the 'wow'.
The plane was 'complex' - doors didn't open properly, etc... - finally got in, released it and it just flipped around in the hanger....
Love the city though and am placing it near our main bases which overlooks an ice lake - great views all around!
My plan is to make more buildings (I got a lot of inspiration from a TV program about Boston I saw yesterday to build a street or two of 'brownstone' apartments and such) - your mix of large/small grid showed me how to work around some of the challenges I already know will be there!
(one small English correction - "Mind the GAP", not "BAP")
C'mon man, how many hours total did it take?
tested it numerous times and had clang-issues only very rarely.
Meanwhile i liked the idea of a hover tram, seemingly unguided.
If you have any innovative suggestions id like to hear them :)
This also motivates me to go back into Space Engineers right now. LOL
thump up and a fav, for you!
Roads boost the blockcount too much and would limit the size of the city by it.
I dont fell like they add to the immersion of a future city, but feel free to add them
i like the builts, but the roads or the plaza?
just for questioning, the city is beatiful anyway
i have had a look at this problem, but could the not get the Tram to fall down. did you use survival mode or a planet with more than 1G?
Thank you all so much for this amazing feedback. big smile time :)
