yes i did play recently i played as Italy and by june 1940 germany was at war with the soviets, benelux, france, and norway and didnt even manage to conquer any of them lmfao. also when i tagswitched to all major nations they didnt research artillery, tanks, planes, nothing like that. the US still uses pre-ww1 tanks for some reason

@bruhvonbruh did you play recently ? I get the other things, and i'm working on that but i don't know how germany could declare on the soviets in 40, i literally have a prerequisite for the ai to not do that :/

this mod is decent enough but id like to make some complaints:
germany doesn't anschluss unless you tag switch, turn off ai and do instant training so they have enough manpower in the army
ai never researches artillery, tanks, or planes
germany is agressive af and declares war on the soviets, benelux, and norway/denmark in 1940.
china absolutely destroys japan so i have to delete their armies
france annexes vichy france in 1941 so the germans and italians have to invade it before the allies can put troops in there
none of the ai trains armies at all, and dont edit or create templates at all

just remember that you can do this whenever you want. we all have patience to be able to play such a good mod on sp!

Okay that's fine. Czechoslovakia didn't accept because world tension was too high, it's a bit of my friend's fault who raised the tension, don't worry !

Something seems to be wrong with the germany AI, they never seem to do anschluss because they dont deploy divisions.

@Hurricane I would, but i don't like to mess with anything other than the ai, because if an update comes out changing the focus tree then this mod would just ruin the focus tree ( because it would overwrite the update ). This also goes for anything other. But i will make it so czechoslovakia always accepts that event.

Hey, first thanks for your work, it's cool to play it in singleplayer or coop with a friend. But it could be really great to modify a bit focuses to avoid entire trees blocked because of something that didn't go historical. For example, i was playing Germany and there was so much tensions Czechoslovakia refused to cede Sudetenland. My tree got entirely blocked there. Same for Molotov Ribbentrop, i couldn't do it because Russia declare on me, but there was no bypass so no Danzig or War, no Around Maginot, no Weserübung etc... Could you add some conditions that bypass a focus instead of blocking the entire focus tree ?

@Osiris.dll Well, i'll look into it, it definitely seems like a probably deleted a file by accident. Rookie mistake, i'll fix it in the next update. But at least did they do their focus trees alright ?

yo make a submod that makes expert ai compatible with WWB.

maybe it was just an unfortunate run of games but germany didnt declare on poland at all meaning that me (uk) wasnt able to play. (i played my games until 43)

And yea i will change the required mod

@Cisco, I am currently planning a remake of my code and will do it when i get some time. As the code was made when i had pretty limited knowledge on how the ai works, so trying to update the mod with my current code is pretty difficult ( eg. how i made the focuses priority for the ai, making it in the ai_focuses instead of in the file of the focus tree making it hard for me to add modifiers ). So I am sorry for the lack of updates but there is nothing i can do.

@Confused-American, Its a really easy change in the German focus tree. Surprised the dev hasn't done it yet.

I love this mod, however, I feel that Germany is not aggressive enough. They don't have Anschluss by 1940, and the game just doesn't progress as ou typically want. That aside, its good :)

Recently Run into an issue with Germany just not training troops other than tank divisions, it had the equipment and stuff just didnt train anything other than tanks

@Xoidberg Skywalker Sorry dude i have no idea. It could be because many things but i just can't know why because my test runs 9/10 times go as planned so reports like this that don't match up with my test runs i can't do anything about.

@David2908 Is AI Germany not building enough units to anschluss even by 1940 me doing something wrong or just a bug?

If i use the WWB mod from cho king and lovee not the one in the required items will the ai still work or not?

@bruhvonbruh I appreciate it. But i must say that the mod isn't actually compatible with other ai mods since they would just overwrite my ai and it most likely wouldn't work with wwb anyway
