Hi I've stepped aside from house flipper for a little while, I have way too many hobbys and and home life is busy and hectic but once things quiet down I have a massive to do list and recolours are on that list. I'd like to say soon but there is just no telling but once I start i cant stop lol. I am working a lot on paintings at the moment and will transfer some to the game for those that are interested!! I am grateful for every download and kind comments from everyone and awards and likes etc..

I've only had a quick look at the originals so i wouldn't know lol i do know that the in game one has handles on their grates

that grate look like the one in the game

where did you get that modal from?

I just wanted to let you know that it falls when things are moved around it on the ceiling. however I also found what causes the falling since I had the same problem with my wall panels and ceiling builder. The checkbox to allow can be placed on is what is doing it. I think that is the one, I unchecked both the checkboxes on my panels and they don't fall anymore. Or at least I haven't been able to get them to fall since I made that change. Hope that helps.
