Ignore my previous comment, I had production and storage efficiency turned down. With the typical 3.00 settings, it's good.

Looks good, flies well, has like 5 minutes of flight time in 1G before it runs out of fuel. 😄
Still gets you a thumbs-up though, I do like it and I suspect it'll be a lot better in space.

yeah i built it with build and repair

lock is only required in fire and forget turret guided and camera modes (which only will work against enemy grids); if you are in beam riding mode no lock is required but you will have to guide the missiles by pointing the camera at the target.

You can switch between any of these modes by pressing button 4 in toolbar 2, it should show you which is selected in the cockpit LCD

go to toolbar 2 and press button 3, i included a key in the description

yeah, couldn't fit glass cuz of keen's terribly huge seat model, I have come to regret using the projection. Fighter cockpit fits just fine instead

uh, its not your ship. its a image mod that crashed my game everytime i spawned a ship it crashed my game
its called i think transparent images or somethin

interesting, it seems a lot of people have been having issues with the small grid control seat block, I'll use the fighter cockpit from now on

i went into vrage render log and it put up small grid cockpit is missing materials, this was for a different ship but it causes crashes aswell

yea i've reconised that, it's happened so many times it would be impossible that my graphics card would still work, it's mod related. i looked at logs and it seems to be System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. and then a ton of giberish i don't understand lol

oh if space engineers tells you your graphics driver crashed because of overheating it's lying to you

everytime i spawn this ship my game just commits die, aka my video card somehow overheats when it doesn't and game crahes. i'm gonna guess this is not normal

It says in the description the missiles don't work in atmosphere unless you're basically using them like guided bombs, they only have 3 ion thrusters each

Is the cockpit not a mod? Doesn't look like any i've seen. Would also explain the cockpits not loading for folks.

interesting, I spawned it in to check and the seat is right there. It's not even subgridded or supergridded or anything so I can't really think of any reason why this is happening except game version being very old?? you sure it's not there?

i got the blueprint and when i spawned the ship there was no cockpit
