Otherwise, you will be attacked during the looting. Spiral move key is "a", " e", "spacebar"
The important thing is that you can change the ship as you want. It has enough agility, so from there you can change all the turrets and even you can add more than the upgrade guide~

Regarding the force field at mining cockpit, I sometimes have drones coming in when I am mining, so I will leave it to be heavy window.

Quality of life - I recommend changing heavy windows on rear mining cockpit to forcefield. It means less protection from accidental enemy fire, true, but if you are mining under fire something is already wrong. It's much easier to see through forcefield then windows, even the less tinted ones.
Also, I have added two more WIFI boxes, to the left and right wing. This way, you have much better WIFI coverage in every direction.
Have you thought about adding some solar panels? Not that I have seen good spot to place them :)
Battle wise, this ship is a dream. Fast, powerful, hard to hit. You can outfight anything you can't outgun yet.
Of course, you can modify the ship as much as you want to make suitable for your style
One of the efforts on SEEKER XE design was to make as narrow as possible which resulted in even closer thrusters and generators. As you know, SEEKER CV is a little bit wide, so the thruster might get hit by plasma or lasers.
THANATOS is very long and narrow design to have the decoy turret at the edge so that you can evade & retreat easily.
So, the width and depth are also relevant to the battle and so many config can be done for each battle style I guess :)
Ambassador XTS is the only ship on the list I didn't try in creative reforged mode, in Steam it looks amazing. Unless it aims at you.
Thanatos and Athena are, ATM, *way* out of my league.
I have modified your Seeker XE design with combat plating, it's slower and less agile of course, but still working beast. So now I am deciding between this new Seeker and Seeker XE combat hull, because they both look great and without extreme costs. And I really want to get my hands on xenosteel, just seeing Seeker XE is to die for. :)
1) Moved 4 forward thrusters one block forward and placed hard steel in the middle to minimize explosion damage, also hard steel thin wall is placed between thruster room and fuel tanks. So, small explosion will not cause chain explosion, but still heavy hit will make big hole.
2) Moved Drills to backward spot and added harvest bridge.
3) Placed decoy turret inside of front bridge. (sorry it is ugly but it is essential to have this to attract incoming missiles)

So, I would say if you lose the shield, you are exposed to massive explosion inside of your ship because of the high explosion value in RE. It is not just about thruster, and it is really hard to consider all of them, to update this ship ;;;;
As I mentioned, it is not easy to have enough space between weapon, thruster, fuel tank, ammo storage, so my suggestion would be "do not lose your shield and evade as much as possible", which is why I made this ship agile. I guess you cannot have all if you have CPU limit. I will update decoy turret for that :)
Nonetheless, one thing I did not update yet for 1.4 is decoy turret. so I would need to update the design to place decoy turret. This would make the battle hard if you combat with Zirax Battlecarrier and above class POI's. The major change of 1.4 was POI turret setting to aim only turrets and weapons.
The reason I could not make space between the thrusters are
1) to keep 2.1 mil CPU limit
2) to make the ship light and make it agile
If you want combat ship updated for RE or Reforged Galaxy 1.4, I would suggest to look at ATHENA, THANATOS as combat ship, Also Ambassador XTS is one ship I would recommend from other author because of its incredible fire power if you do not mind device limit.

I actually defeated all the monster POI including dreadnought, Xuan, and many others with fully upgraded version of this ship. If you know where to hit, you do not need monster ship to defeat them.
Flak, Rocket, Plasma Turrets are the main fire power to disable legacy drone's turrets, and Artillery Turrets are to reduce shield & close combat one big shot.
If it is default version, please add few thousands of more Flak and reduce Plasma Cell & Mk200 Laser Charge. Hope you can get lots of drone processors and make Auxillary CPU soon.
