Glad you enjoy the mod. Sadly I dont have time to play Avorion, much less mod it. TBH, this should be provided to you as a server config option by the actual Devs of the game instead of relying on a mod. I would recommend petitioning the Devs to expand the server options and to include a crew amount modifier.

Yeah i've been thinking about bumping up the amount of generic crew and boarders. Probably do that today.

you can even increase crew on stations further. it makes no sence that the crew is as low as it is. or at least give biotopes a huge amount of crew additionally ^^
