Just started a save with the tactic. I choosed for BMG. Im not far in the season but i won my two first competition matches against BVB and Bayer 04.

only won 1 of the first 9 games... really doesnt work

@vulturous depents what team ar you i do not switch the mentaly and dont change anything .

Any recommendations based on the game scenario? If you are drawing going into the last 15 for example

played 2 seosons whit espanyol 1 season in the segunda won it next season la liga become 5 and win 2 games against barca so we ar the bigger club in barcalona now great tactic

Holy shit bro nice work! 1st in the Bundesliga in the 1st season is crazy, especially with FC Koln.

Yeah I'm starting to think it works best for underdog teams.

Just Finished the First Season using this Tactic with 1. FC Köln. Expected Placement 12.
Finished as Champion. Also won National Trophy.
Won 66% of the Matches. Lost in total 6. Alot of evens tho.

I think this Tactic is super used for "Underdog" Teams :D
Additional Stuff I used was Mikes Best Ever Training Schedule V2 and the Database Update from FMInside.

Delegated nearly every Task except Team Training and Individual Training. Only made 1 Transfer In and a few outs.

Gonna give this a Try with 1. FC Köln in the Bundesliga. Usually predicted around 10-15th Place.
Will come back after 2 Seasons of testing!

I'm playing with crystal palace, add some players in defense and in CM... but i'm having problems with offsides and crossings

What teams are you guys managing and where are you predicted to finish in the league? 10 positive 0 negative ratings at the moment in the stats. Possibly it more suited to teams predicted to be at the lower end of the league I'm not sure, need more time to test it with different teams/leagues.

Predicted 19th, finished 5th in the first season of the EPL with WBA.
