Hi Big K.
You can place the fireworks through the ingame editor. To enter it, press backspace and select the top option, then object editing. You will find a mods -> fireworks folder that contains all the firework batteries.

You launch them in single-player exactly the same way as in multiplayer.
You press "T" to open the chat and then type /fireworks
They will then fire after 5 seconds

They are not movable and I have no plans to make them movable, but you can move them using the editor
