for anyone like that cant get this patch to work, the same can be achieved by downloading cherrypicker and disabling the pawnkind defs "thunderer" and "boomer"

if people are wondering it still works to an extent. tribals will spawn in with muskets, but not shotguns and bolt action rifles.

Please update, this mod is absolutely required if you want to do a CE game without guns. And there isn't any alternative to it.

CE has added their own "flintlock" weaponry, tribals now run around with those, can you patch em out? :D

I think you should just majorly reduce the chance of them spawning with a gun, instead of outright getting rid of it. there is a backstory called the tribal thunderer, so tribals obtaining a gun is a thing that can happen.

@unfaithful Exactly why I made this! My solution up until I made this was the same, just disabling tribals in CE completely if I'm playing medieval, lol

Thank you so much for this, running medieval runs with CE was so bad that I'd usually have to prevent the tribal faction from spawning period.
