Was there an underground passage? We never saw one but wondered what the pushers were for. Enjoyed the map. Thank you.

One of the sections (don't remember which) is cheesable by passing the cube through one of the laser grids to the other person, which entirely avoids having to use the underground passage.

There are probably more than one way to get back the ball, and the way you said was intended too!

I may have found an unintended solution for Co-Op #32 (Barriers).
After getting the laser cube out from the 3rd room, the ball is in the switch in the middle of the barriers. It is possible to use the white wall in the 2nd room to free the ball in the 3rd room.
If this is intended, then feel free to delete my comment, or ask me to do so. :D
Also, let me know if you need testers!
