Yes, Modifications are certainly fine. In fact, using color variations alone would increase the packs' battler count significantly.

Does the pruchase of the battlers also allow for modification?

Nice, I will be consider getting the Sampler, and maybe even you actual packs.

Aazdremzul, The Sampler has around 20 battlers at the moment, and I have been adding from time to time. The sampler draws from those packs already available as well as several out of the upcoming 3rd 50 set which has not yet been released. As future packs get created I plan to update this sampler as well.

How many battlers are in this sampler pack? I assume not much, due to it usually costing money for these.

Bob, if you purchase either of the battler packs (also available on steam, or through the RPG Maker website) then you are licensed to use them in a game developed with the RPG Maker software.
