If you can't see ANY products in-game, then try searching for this issue in FAQ of this game or Steam workshop itself. If you can't see only this product, then make sure that you have actually subscribed and Steam has downloaded the files. They should appear on your tablet as 4th section in shop. If this didn't do anything, then I can't provide any more help.

Yes, he is aware of it. Silverfox is ok with it since it is not for commercial use.
