Why would you use containers for livestock anyway? lol
These wagons however, can be set to appear already with the containers loaded but without freight, so a 'fake' wagon.
You have to enable this however. Select the map you want them on, enable the mod and in the description on the right you have to enable the fake wagons]. Then load the save/map.
You also have to be in the correct year [which the vendor hasn't specified in his description so I would try 1990's onwards]
When you go into the depot, they appear as you scroll down to the wagons section [but do not click on the wagons section button, leave it at 'All']. there you will find various configs which you can add to your loco, set up a route and add it to it and have fun.
