It only works on new saves. Did you start new save?

When you start new game, you have "database" in top-right corner. You must click on it, and in the bottom of it, there should be "editor data files", and to the bottom of it, you should have mods. Click on my mod to tick it. And now you have turned on my mod.

You must turn it on in database manager before you choose the club. Okay, I will change it to PTT 1. Lig.

Great it works. For those having problems I think It only works on new game saves, or at least it does on mine
