I understand what the purpose of your mod is and you have done great work, but the issue is that, the extra range is useless if you don't do what it's supose to do with range units, and that is damage. I didn't try to undermine your work, I just wanted to provide some feedback to your mod in order to tweak it a little. If it's imposible. then it's too bad, it would have been good to fool around a little. Back to stacking dwarf engineers :))

All this mod does is to add to the range-stat for all your units. To change or adjust the firing arc would probably require detailed adjustment of every unit, which is far beyond the scope of this mod.

This mod works great when it comes to range, but, this is a big BUT, the archers don't curve the shot so it can hit the target. For example, if I want to shoot infantry on the wall it shoots straight, they don't curve the shot. For Eagle Bolt, if you try to shoot the enemy artilery in the city, the projectiles fire straight, or it doesn't depending on the wall height (this issue isn't present in the normal version), and my last example, let's take a city where the AI puts the unit in the town senter, and I have clear shot on them, well, my arcers will shoot above the wall, but the projectile shows the it hits horizontally the unit, but that unit doesn't take damage, but if I get the archer closer, it fires with an arc, and the projectile hit at a 70 degree and and the enemy unit takes damage.

TL:DR it need improvements with the projectile damage and angles for both archers and artillery. (PS didn't check the Gunners)

That's very odd... I'm using it myself without issues and haven't seen reports from others that it isn't working... Maybe resub? And make sure nothing else touches the range-stat.

yeah i always try to test mods in campaign mode. Im currently using another mod that give extra range but for some reason none of yours work for me (the 25% and 75% ones). Not sure why it doesnt work, just trying to give my iron drakes a chance to live before getting snipped by enemy ranged lol.

I just kinda forgot to tag it and default tag is graphics it seems. Are you using it in campaign mode? It probably won't work in battle-mode.

hmm ive set this as my only mod and still not working, it is showing as graphic mod is that issue? usually mods that change units are either campaign or overhaul.

So after a few of days of testing out all the factions on Mortal Empires mode all of them work
I only seem to get crashes after a few seconds of selecting a vortex ritual
I have not crashed on any siege attack/defence myself

I have not come to any issues using the 75% or 50% range although i really do enjoy sniping my enemys with a barrage of archers on 200% :WHII_Dominate:

Sorry to hear that @RexJayden but like I said before I can't really change anything in the mod. All it does is add 200% more range for all player units and if this somehow leads to crashes then I would suggest you try 50% or 75% instead. Should be plenty of range.

I see, maybe it's due to you being able to damage something that you shouldn't be able to reach during a cutscene or something... I'm afraid I can't really change anything in the mod to fix it, but perhaps you can use the 75% or 50% variants and see if they work better.

So i am only running the two mods 500% more ammo and the 200% more range
So when i go to click vortex ritual it brings up the three area's to defend etc, 2 seconds later it just crashes out.

@DrunkBritain - When do you get these crashes exactly? This mod only changes the range parameter so it shouldn't lead to any crashes... Does it work if you only disable this mod and keep the other ones you're running.
