Looks fine, but it's way way too big. Looking at the third promo image, the effect itself is larger than the Engineer's entire chest region which is just a big no-no imo.
Make it smaller and you have a pretty good effect.

I absolutely love this unusual effect and I want it in the game so bad! However, I do agree that it is a bit big. It should be about the size of Green Black Hole/Time Warp.

i think the rings should be a bit more contained instead of spaced out so much
other than that it looks great reminds me of 3D static

it's a little too big, but it still looks really good and i love it
