@pricey - it's really up to you mate, I do and don't, just depends on the situation, for me it works well both ways.

@DarkXess yes with the new ME it's hard to dominate the game and score a lot of goals. Every match it's with final score 1-0/2-0 with a lot of strike on goal but with no goals. I tried to change left and right striker but i'm not sure if is this the right way to change your tactic. Something has changed with the new ME but i can't understand what.

@angstema - no man, your English seems perfectly fine, don't worry. So your problem is scoring goals? and also lack of domination now? have you tried yourself to tweak it?

@DarkXess Thanks for your answere. My experience from the two lasts update it's something new for me, because your Goal Machine was always the best tactic. But now something has change. In these years your tactic was great from top clubs on high leagues to little clubs on very small leagues. With the new version of ME i begin a career with Cagliari (serie A) and after my dimissions with Southampton. A lot of strike every match but now it's hard to win 3/4-0 like before the update. And usually it's also hard to dominate the games.

@angstema - I will take a look at it, haven't played much recently as I have been playing a lot of MSFS20. Keep trying it though, it could have just been a one off with a certain team?!? I will get back to you later and/or update the tactic.

Hi, i love your tactic since from FM 2019. For me work fine to 21.2. From 21.2 to today something was changed and it's impossibile to play like with the previous updates to the 21.2 Maybe the new ME has changes something?

@Dräger - I am unfortunately a lazy manager, I leave a lot to my assman, and apart from pushing them with instructions to (go out there and have fun) that is basically. As said before though, you are the manager and you can adjust it to meet your needs, just don't drastically change it or it may no longer work as intended.

really like your tactic. :) worked on 2020 for me and here looks good too although i am not complete familiar with it.
you say you have the match instrucutions done by the assistant...what about the instructions for the opponents (OI) if i may ask? or are this the match instructions?

@-M dunno that mate, sorry... it worked for me, I have heard its always be a pain and confusing for some.

have done that buddy.. but for some reason it does not come up as a Thumbnail.. is there a certain resolution, name, file extension type that I have to save it as?

@-M when you (save to steam) workshop in-game, just click add image and it will do it there.

@-M totally understood mate, not tested it that much with many teams right now. You can, however, edit it to your liking/team, it could also be the current version of the game where it is still not 100% final-worthy, I will test it more over the coming weeks and tweak it where needs be. I am still waiting on further feedback so ...

hi DarkXess.. for some reason, the 4-3-3 is not as strong as it was for me for FM20. im using Hereford and promoted to League One using a tactic that has IWBs. But I hate using the IWB roles on my Left and Right backs. so have been looking for a decent tactic ... it seems the opponent this season recognises the tactics after a few matches and tries to counter it. More so than FM20

@quintas58 do you mean the other 2 tactics I made (Defensive) and Attacking ones for FM20? if so then yes, I will release them soon.

@Chris Breezy - it is entirely up to you (the manager), doesn't affect the tactic either way from what I have tested with.
