It's not an easy situation. If I just fully take the male tank and tweak the proportions, in my experience, people will (rightly) say that it looks too much like the male tank. Hair length is a pretty good proxy for gender, especially when the rest of the body is so tanky, so I don't think going bald is the answer here. As to generic clothes, I could use jeans (from the male tank). I actually considered that, and it is certainly still possible. Top is tricky. Generally the whole thing is tricky. There is no other l4d2 model that has anything like the proportions of the tank. The common infected are all too low quality to look decent when inflated and stretched to that size. I could use a l4d1 common head, but I feel like I have done that a lot.
