This was easily my favourite SOT mod for Warhammer 2 would love to see it again in WH3

So far I have only tested/played in ulta unit sizes.

Workaround: "Re-Stack" the sisters not touching HP Bonuses worked so far, even with all items and abilities.

My point is - this is sort of undesirable in late-game (survivablility etc. etc.)


The mod would be so much more brilliant without this glitch.

@firebird_20 That's because of how I created the mod. That happens if you manage to stack a lot of HP boosts. Tryu playing with with a high unit count , If you play in tiny units, you will face this glitch with a lot of HP bonuses.

Also experiencing the "3 sisters in campaign" bug here. Having them on level 21ish, with corresponding hp percs... which makes sense, seeing them in close combat more often than in vanilla.

current max HP: 6024 HP in custom battles: 4016

Any hopes for a fix, or workaround?

I was actually really thinking that them being on-foot was a new thing in vanilla WH3 when the IE Trailer showed them both walking on the campaign map without a mount. Turns out it was just them being fancy with the trailer but It would've been really epic for them to have essentially made this mod, at least in concept, official.

When I switched their mounts from Eagle to Walk, the mod went from two to three. I have three Twilight sisters, which is cool, but weird.

@Reaper Thanks for catching that bug, I never ever play in anything below Large size, mostley in Huge so I would never see this issue, Will look into it in the weekend.

Also increasing hp to 4000 doesn;t work so it probably has something to do with the way unit sizes interact with amount of models in a unit

I found reason for my issue: sisters spawn with only 1 model if you start campaign on medium unit size. Issue appears only in campaign, there they have 2008 hp on start while in custom battle they have 4016 and both models

When i start campaign there is only one sister in a unit but both of them are present in custom battle. Any ideas what could be causing the issue?

If it'sa not HP related than one of the mods messes with how officers work and is breaking this mod.

Hmm I don't see those mods mentioning adding massive amounts of HP to lords, If you have Lots of HP items unequip 1 or 2. Last resort is to maybe play on large instead of huge unit size.

@Santanico Are you using any other mods? Because the way the mod is made this should only happen if you manage to add a stupid amount of health Items or perks at the same time.

I went with changing the main wh2_dlc16_wef_cha_sisters_of_twilight_0 to cut a lot of work of making the new variant the new starting general in the campaign map, maybe for 3 I'll do the extra work so I don't need to eddit those two files.

I am honestly not bothered about it only being a single person on the map.
Regarding the Ui thing, aren't you making a new unit variant for the unit? So then you can just add the new ui tooltips instead of relying on settings from example, the mounted variant.

I need to dig around in your mod pack and see what is causing the issues you're trying to fix.

I'm just updating the mod for the ppl that still use it, when WH3 comes out I'll see if it's easier to add new animations to the map, if not I'll have to add Naestra in has a mount than tweak her so she stays near her sister so we can see both of them in the campaign map.

But although possible thats a hell of a lot of work so I'll tackle this when 3 comes out.

Working fine in my end end, have you updated the mod, This would of had happend if you are still using the old file... unsubbing and resubbing should fix this.

Also write that it's datacore editing "land_unit_to_abilties_junctions" and "ui_unit_bullet_point_unit_overrides_tables". Users like me have to know this.

Well, at the moment, the abilities for the Coatl (and likely many others) are missing. Because you're overwriting the data__. First replace the data__ with the current one from the data.pack.

In Kaedrins Mod manager you will see that most modders that change current CA lords have to edit these two file if they change unit abilities.

But yes I will add a line in the description to not use the mod with other mods that change units.

I recomend using Kaedrins Mod manager, it will show conflicting files in seconds,

You need to take out these two lines

@RomoR that doesn't matter. Educate your audience then. I for one, as an experienced modder, had no clue you were datacore editing and I had to scour my mod list for the culprid which made Coatl have no abilities. If that doesn't give you the slightest idea that something here was not right, then I won't bring up the matter anymore.

Gwindalors ability? Which one exactly? I will have to look it up.

It happens when you change or remove abillities from original lords, in this case its Gwindalors ability that would be available with them on foot, the other file is just a simple text built point that says they are very fast, since they now start of on foot thay are not.

I thought about warning people of the edits but to be honest 95% don't know whats what and most mods that add or change existing units end up changing one or two files also dont layout what files are changed.

thats why you need compatability patches with most medium/big mods.

First of all, if you datacore edit, always warn. It's a sensetive area that requires constant attention. What is it that you're editing that require you to datacore edit?

I do rename my tables, but somethings require altering the main files hence why some other mods also coflict, because they too saw the need to alter the same file... if there where some other way we would use it...

Dude, you're data__ editing land_units_to_abilities_junctions. This screwed up a bit for me when using other units that has new abilities.

make sure to rename tables and DO NOT datacore edit without proper warning. I had to search through my entire modlist which took a fair amount of time.
