theres some other blood mods that can do that, if i were to make it so a .pcf spawns each tick after shot, that is just asking for crashes, especially when you cant remove them

also is there a way for the blood to pool from wherever the person got shot?

your pc cant handle the source effect thing that is known as a .pcf particle, compare it to a Gbombs5 spacenuke explosion

well whatever it is does the same thing from the command and conquer series thats why i called it the ion cannon beacon cause it makes the same-ish countdown noise from the lasers closing in then it finally goes off it has everything minus some other effect and a big explosion
