I can hard Recommend this! I used this Schedule for my new Save.. Tactic total familiarty went to like 95% within the first 2 Months of Season. Even with new Players to the role the improvement was crazy.

The only negative I have is players complain about Power and Speed Training. But I counter that with Individual Power/Speed Training!

Rest harm sharpness. It's not like real life training.

Does this not exhaust players since they are getting no rest?

Are you sure you have your starting 11 selected? if the formation is blank then the familiarity will be at zero, the familiarity bar will also show as zero on your weekly training review if you have no players selected for your starting 11

I use this schedule but the team's familiarity to my formations is close to 0. Any idea why?

Too be honest i just use this, there's that many different variations on potential days the two games could land on i'd end up with about 10 different schedules.

Do you have a schedule for 2 games in a week? Or do you use this one?
