I mean, in the mod description it does say "but brickwork hurts you"

Good job adding deceptively useful perks that will kill the player immediately upon getting in the safe zone.

I've never figured how to (same for cursed dense rock), I don't really have free time to work on this

Curse immunity doesn't work for rock between parallel worlds :(

@V_Force what enemies do Curse damage? So i can check the code

the negative for curse is WAAAY to big. I mean you can't even get though the Temple of the Art with it on. Additionally even though I had it equipped I still took curse damage from enemies that deal curse damage. If this is just for touching cursed rock then that's fine, but if it is then it really should say that it doesn't protect against curse damage from enemies.

well i suppose it was my fault but i immediately died upon picking up the perk. i was not prepared for the instant damage.

Btw i found in your mod a picture with acid Immunity perk but wasn't made so i manage to make it just for my self and works
OSKON 13 Jan, 2021 @ 6:59am
could you please make a perk that gives you procetion against saw blades? I want to make saw minigun but it will kill me faster than anything else btw i like you lava immunity perk is so nice to not take dmg from lava and yes i'm buring but water or fire immunity perk is so good with this

The curse immunity also protects from Cursed Greed , but wont protect from the poison debuff on the cursed liquid

I love the ideas in this mod, they fit directly into the vanilla game balance (skewed to the difficult) as they currently exist. One gives you a more reasonable option for getting one to one of the tablet rooms for the cost of a perk, and one gives you easy transitions between E/W worlds in exchange for more inconvenient or even deadly zone transitions.

Noita is all about inconvenient and deadly things!

@HappyHead thanks, I'll try that.
I put diamond brickwork and brickwork because both can be found in holy mountains, but I will try to re-work so that it makes so holy mountain areas do damage like the area in the walls for parallel worlds even if you remove cursed rock.
It will take some tinkering, so it might take a bit before I push the update (if someone wants to contribute, I'd appreciate too)

I think the issue comes in with other areas beside holy mountain using brickwork? I'm preetty sure you could change things up so that the damage over time in holy mountains is always on, or find a way to specifically make the brickwork in and around the holy mountains hurt the player and not anywhere else.
I agree with the design idea you have going on here, just think a different application could be in order.

@Swan people usually see Cursed Rock as 'evil' and brickwork as 'good' (holy mountains), I imagined that the perk inverts them. But i'll add an option to set the damage to a custom value, that way, if you want to keep as I see, you can, if you want to reduce/increase damage, you also can.

It makes brickwork hurt you? that sounds like a horrible downside. Why not just make curse immunity halve/quarter the damage cursed rock does to you with zero downsides? Seems a lot more useful, if you're worried about balance
