I'm having an issue. I can't get the ultra batteries or armor to wield pass 50% on my server. But it works fine in singleplayer. Any ideas?

cells are used in my ultra batteries

The mod and components could be combined into one. I have not been able to understand what the component is for "Ultra Cells" ?
