Sorry guys, not playing in Stellaris anymore, so no updates. If anyone want to takeover this mod - you can freely do this by indicating the author (me) of the original mod in the description.

update?
Irish_Spartan23 29 Apr, 2022 @ 1:44pm
Every time I install this, I get a red icon telling me: "Something looks wrong with the downloaded files. Please contact the author of this mod." So... here I am. Any idea how I can fix this?
The only mods I have that add origins are:
- "Gigastructural Engineering & More (3.3)"
- "Immortal Ruler Origin"
I don't believe any of the other eight mods (excluding this one) I have installed (and seven actually activated) effect origins.

When can we expect an update?

I would argue that it isn't much of a downside, as I imagine that the humans on earth are tomb world as a species, and can be used instead of your own once you conquer them with land armies.

This effectively gives you 2 planets at the start, while getting the same benefits from Mechanist plus a bit extra, as well as a tomb world main species in humans.

So if anything this should be a rather easy origin, not that I've played it myself.

Does anything happen with the prims on earth or are they just normal primitives

Kepos, of course I will be glad if my work will be distributed.

Hello @Omnissiah_Priest, you made a great mod and I'm playing it often. For multiplayer and centralised localisation, I have started a private merged-mod project. Included are theme related mods, so players get more variability and are able to load by one click. Now the positive demand seems growing beyond private quarters and it might be a good idea to change it into an official released mod. Therefore I'd like to ask your permission to have your mod included into the mod collection . I've sent you a friend invite and with your permission granted, I'd like to name you as co-author and probably start some co-working. Thank you!

Is it possible to have this empire spawn in the same system if you're playing the UNE?
Omnissiah_Priest  [author] 10 Jan, 2021 @ 7:52am
Albert Neumann, играл одну катку и мне выпадала без проблем. И экзоскелеты выпадали, причем иногда первой же технологией на старте.
Albert Neumann 4 Jan, 2021 @ 2:46pm

@stranger I literally just did this and it was epic. Basically Vietnam in space. A substance abuse epidemic and crime wave even swept through earth after I had invaded.

I've encountered a problem where at the start of the game the Ruler and Specialist jobs are unoccupied and all the unemployed pops refuse to take jobs.

@stranger 's idea sounds awesome, or atomic-age primitive humans that have primitive space station (vanilla feature) in orbit

Can you do a "War of the Worlds" origin, where you start as Martians, but with an Earth inhabited by primitive humans in the industrial age?

> but is there a reason the primitive humans on Earth have no positive traits and so many negatives?

They survived for several generations in a world contaminated with radiation. And yet they are not adapted to the nuked world, the preference is continental.
All this is necessary so that the player is in no hurry to seize the Earth before studying climate recovery and genetic engineering.

I am just curious, but is there a reason the primitive humans on Earth have no positive traits and so many negatives? And is there anyway for us to change their starting traits? Thank you for making this great mod, btw!

> Does the Ai have access to this?
No, this is not allowed for random AI. But you can manually create an empire with this origin, and set it to "must appear in the game".
shiny 28 Nov, 2020 @ 1:58pm
Does the Ai have access to this? While I would like to use it I dont wan't ai just randomly starting on Mars.

I think no.

I don't know, I am not using this mod
Trace Projectile 27 Nov, 2020 @ 10:41am
I wish the base game had a few pops on Mars already, as in in the UNE start. I mean it starts in 2200 in a seemingly positive timeline where we already tried both wormhole generation and warp speed by then.

I think even in our own timeline we'll have identifiable populations on Mars in 2200. Could be a little OP but probably not even as much as Shattered Ring or that fallen empire start.
