Bug report:
This module can still strike when deactivated.

Steps to reproduce:
1 Run one Validation and several Toolmods
2 Successfully validate one solve
3 Toggle the needle
4 Strike by solving a Toolmods
5 Strike by solving another Toolmods (after Validation is deactivated)

Possible cause:
The field NeedyActive is never reset.
