@Dave: A Vietnam War item for the Scout *needs* the famous phrase, "Old enough to kill, but not for voting." on it somewhere. (Technically, the Scout is around 23-25 years old in canon timeline by now, but he started out as 18 or so, at a time when the voting age in the USA was 21.)
