Hey Luna, yeah unfortunately it won't change anything from mods, I'm not sure if that's possible at all without running external scripts

Oh, like let the player choose 20 traits? I could look into it but i'm not sure

I'm assuming that any x10 won't affect mod resources? (Traits, Civics, etc.)

Btw, can you make a mod that increase the number of Ethic (And Civic) points?
