update: 600 upkeep but i keep 500 students

In late game 3500 is ok but for a early game you can't put a building with 3500 unkeep, of course if you play fair with no cheats. Maybe you can modify it to 560 unkeep as vanilla's one..

3500 is expensive... may be not for a modern building ; )

3500 maintenance cost 400 student cont? regular is 560 unkeep and 1000 students

@luminou, Well I can't wait to see what you do. Obviously I understand modelling is not a job... its a hobby. But your stuff is just so great. I'm just surprised for being a decent sized city in the midwest, hardly anyone has done any assets for it.

@thicc fucc: I just flew over the city of mineapolis (...with Google Maps!), there is indeed a large choice of buildings that it would be interesting to realize !
Your two propositions are interesting. I spotted the "Target Center", the design is special but I really like him !

Random question. Since you did the US Bank Stadium for Minneapolis, do you have any plans in the future for more Minneapolis buildings like the IDS Center, Capella Tower, etc?
