I set everything the keypads, disconnected the engines and all. It would just hover but not move foward and backwards.

Because id recommend not doing that unless your going to lift it from the bay, because of the soft body physics of stormworks, it'll sink a little

The engine will not stay connected for some reason. I had everything set like you recommended, but it still wouldn’t connect. @Britzilla
