The whole thing has phong. There isn't really anyway to remove it from one part of the item.

like the other energy weapons in tf2 it should have unlimited ammo but have a much lower magazene and some more additions to make it uneque but anyway i like it :sentry:

No. The gun was never meant for the scout. He is in none of images I have up, no is he tagged as a compatible class for this weapon.

The scout has two pistol unlocks already. The scout class doesn't need any more pistols.
