Finally got the perk tutorial up, all the scripting videos will be released before the end of the day. I still have to edit and upload the modelling and fx videos but it should be pretty quick and simple. Anyway, what this means for anyone that still uses the mod is that I will be adding the new perk (Brawlstar Punch) as well as working on the config menu I promised very soon TM.

New perk inbound. Just finished it up but I'm too lazy to add it right now so expect it maybe some time later in the week. Also making a tutorial for custom perks using the perk I just made so look out for that if you're interested (I'll put it in a discussion here so you can catch it).

II haven't forgotten about this, I promise. I just got really distracted and worked on other things for a while. I'm still working on other things but I'm going to update this pretty soon with a bug fix and small QOL for the space cadet meter. I still plan on adding more perks too but it might be a while before I make any more.

the nade detection is handled every time you get hit, so every single time you are hit the amount you have gets updated and then checked :)

All of the other stuff makes sense besides the widows wine part, lets say i have all my nades for the round spent and i get cornered and/or get screwed by that one zombie who decides to go away from the train (you know the one) but i have the perk on. Im done for, unless there is a system in place to detect that I have no nades

Not triggering with widow's wine is so that the effect isn't wasted, when the zombies are all surrounding you and webbed they can't run away and you'll still be surrounded. And I hope you can't get trapped and killed with only 4 zombies left in the round, it would waste the effect in my opinion if you were trying to hold a zombie for EE or whatever and you get hit and go into the effect. The reason it's two hits with jugg is because you have more health and thus more chances to escape, as well as it being slightly annoying when it triggers on one hit.

Those aren't punishments or a debuff, they are to make it so you don't waste the perks effect. Thank you for your feedback though :)

it seems like the effect trigger is kinda everywhere, it would be nice if it was a little more consistent. i.e. jugg not affecting the amount of hits required as you shouldnt be punished for buying a perk, removing the widows wine and <5 zombies debuff (again, because you shouldnt be punished for a perk). The kill req cooldown is smart however, if you were to get hit and it would be ready to proc again it would be busted

Sorry for the big and late update everyone, I've been working on a lot of things and haven't been getting much done in reality. I'm going to try my hardest to finish up the config menu today, and if all goes well with my friend, I should have a new perk to add very soon.

Should have an update tomorrow (no new perks or config menu, sorry). I have added Black Ops 2 guns (which are subject to be exchanged with a curated selection of guns from various CoDs), and pack-a-punch, zombie cash, and empty perk bottle powerups. Just need to finish working out some issues with the wallbuys on the maps and it will be ready. (I have also updated Space Cadet Cola to match the latest version, not a major update, just a couple small changes)

For some reason, it is not possible to put the perk machine in Origins, Shi No Numa, or Shadows of Evil (I'm told it is because of the unique power systems for SoE and origins). The perk still exists on those maps however.

All of the maps that I put pictures for. The actual perk machine is not on origins, but the perk is. You can get it from Der Wunderfizz, though I do believe it is pretty rare. Since this is a mod, if you use any of your gobblegums they will be returned to you after you leave the game (or you can ALT + F4 to make sure you don't lose them).

I had a lot of help to get this far, this mod and my perk wouldn't have been possible without all of those people that are credited in the description. The custom perk template that I used to make the perk wouldn't have been possible without a ton of work and effort from the community. I'll just do my part and help where I can, and I'll spread some of that information forward to make sure others can start making the things they envision and help develop the community. I plan on making a bit of a tutorial when I get ready to make my next perk. It might not be the best, I'm hardly the best scripter, but I hope it can help someone out since there isn't really very much documentation on it. As far as the mod goes, it was pretty complicated because they don't give you 2 of the basic files you need to actually get it to work.

I'm going to be releasing Space Cadet Cola later today for all custom map creators to use. Based on your guy's feedback and support we're sure to see it in a couple custom maps going forward :D
I will also be adding a new perk that I will finish making later today as well. On top of that I'm going to be starting to work on another perk, so expect a lot of big things soon.
Based on feedback, I will also be adding a few custom weapons. I don't entirely have a set list I want to add so if any of you want to see specific guns just let me know. I do think I will be replacing the box weapons so let me know if you want to see all of the weapons together (I will be keeping the wonder weapons in of course).
I've decided I would like to add a free pap powerup, so let me know how you feel about that. Maybe other powerups as well, and potentially even a custom one :O

I tested it and it was all good for me. It looks like you might not have been fully recharged (the emblem needs to be fully opaque)?
1. Yeah, more perks to be added as soon as I can get started on them.
2. I could do that, might need to now that you mention it
3. More perks. I can add guns and powerups and other stuff if you guys want them. I wasn't sure on what would be "going to far" so I didn't change anything other than adding Space Cadet Cola.

anyways, i have some suggestions and questions: 1, do you ever plan for more perks in the future? 2, you should add a timer in seconds so its even easier to tell when you're going to have it recharged, and 3: what else do you have planned for this mod? thats it.

ok, so after a bit of testing it seems this update broke the recharge -yes, it was more than 60 seconds and there was multiple zombies- -maybe it wasnt the update but it worked before it, so thats my guess- unless i counted wrong there should've been enough to trigger the effect. https://youtu.be/IDS67HuG_Bs

I actually have an update that will be out later today as well. It adds a meter to the screen so you can tell when the perk has recharged.
