I like how this can be worn by the Scout. Usually these grenade-replacements aren't worn by him, but this one makes sense, because of the milk.

Although, some grenade-replacements that got added in the game could well be added to the Scout without much issue of "out-of-characterness", like the Handy Canes... which would also fit the Scout as well.
