Hi @Treccboi, those 2D general portraits are from the vanilla game. They're somewhere in the UI folder.

Hey man, how did you make the 2d portraits for the generals? Is it something I can do in bob or do I have to photoshop it

i think the western roman emperor is broken. the red cloth that covers its arms and upper legs is missing.

@Boncza I think I would have to create a custom unit, and I don't know how to do that. I'll look into it this weekend.
