if you're using all at once, it could very well be that all mods together end up being too much. where uninstalling this one is enough to not have it crash.

But i'd recommend only using the smoother L4D1 survivors to be honest. The L4D2 models are pretty smooth already, so they don't really need it.

I can confirm, only this smoother for louis cause the game crash, the rest are working fine, you can try in TUMTaRa Vehicles map
