can you make a version during the war? it would basically be this but with the bottom of the citadel, the vault, fire, crashed combine ships/cars, and that stuff

Jesjames79. It's PRE-WAR which is before the combine invaded. There wont be combine. If you want a combine thing for a city try City-8
