Looks like a Day One Ellis Model.

As explained below, the texture for Ellis' hat is unfortunately part of his face, as well. So I can't fix that unless I make a completely separate mod that combines both this and that addon.

@iZEK Unfortunately, it would. Ellis's hat is contained within his face texture, which this overwrites. Do you want this face texture, blue hat and all, to go on your model, or do you want the green cap and poster-accurate face mixed? If you want the first option, you can simply configure your addoninfo.txt to load this mod after the beta skin, though if you want the second I'll have to make an extra addon for that. Shouldn't be hard, though - his green cap is contained within the .psd source so I'd just need to do some clipping work.
