My previous comments could say it all, though I would like to add actual gun weapons in the future too though I feel deflated even thinking of learning how to make them high-quality :p
I always planned to, though I recently found me-self a job and resorted my free time to personal game/model development.
If by chance I leave work before college gets back in I can definitely get back into mod creation since I feel like I haven't lost the skill, though I'd have to just take time for each and every one that I'll put out since I rushed them all before I left.
