Niby dodali przegubowe trolejbusy ale nawet na vanilli nie można zmienic pałąków na inne, bo nie ma opcji, że to słup mesh :(

@Krzychu1245 w sumie nie musisz nic robić. Na szczęście miałem zapisaną na kompie wersje moda sprzed patcha, która działa i się udało :) Wesołych!

@Krzychu1245 dzięki. To chyba tylko kwestia braku tej opcji przy wyborze submeshu, że to słup trakcyjny mesh albo sam już nie wiem czy brak opcji left/right pole przy conditions ma wpływ. Zamiast tego jest taking off/landing, ale wydaje mi się jak sprawdzałem po wyjściu dodatku to pałąki był widoczne.

@Krzychu1245 zapytałem sie Danza. Może coś odpisze. Nie ukrywam, jestem wkurzony, bo niby mogę zaktualizować model tak jak napisaleś wyżej, ale poprawiłem go trochę i chciałem też wrzucić nowszą wersję, ale teraz nie mogę tych cholernych odbieraków dać.

Co najlepsze to one w edytorze są widoczne, ale w grze już nie.

No niestety nie mogę wrzucić linka, ale w menu wyboru submesha nie ma opcji na dole: słup trakcyjny MESH.

Poprzednio był. W condition konwertowało trolleypole lef/rigt na landing i taking off, ale właśnie była ta opcja zaznaczenia, że to pałąk i działało.

@Krzychu1245 - coś nowa łatka spieprzyła, bo jak wyszło nowe dlc i zaktualizowałeś moda to wtedy gra umożliwiała dodanie odbieraków na przyczepe. Teraz jak dodaje submesha to nie ma opcji do zaznaczenia, że to ma być słup trakcyjny.

Dalej jest możliwośc ustawień wysokości, szerokości itd przy tworzeniu przyczepy, ale gra nie widzi ich potem.

@Tuga_Venatus I pointed out in the changelog. Latest version of the mod doesn't contain any AI, everything is redirected to vanilla AI and because of that it also doesn't need Harmony because there is no patching or anything - simple redirect in AI resolver. So yes, once asset is saved correctly, it no longer will need this mod to work, but to make sure the author needs to test that before publishing/updating. Since vanilla does not provide any template with trolleybus trailer you can use modded vehicles as a template because they will be loaded as vanilla into the editor anyways.

in case an asset creator updates his trolleybus for vanilla ai, will your mod still prioritize the vanilla ai, or will it stop working with the asset and let vanilla do its thing?

@StayHungryStayFoolish no one said they will load without the mod? You have to use this mod until asset authors update their assets with vanilla AI.
@Paciak was meant the situation if you today want to create a new trolleybus with this feature, not using existing things.

As of now, my trolleys are not loading without this mod.

@Piciak co do wyboru, prawdopodobnie nie ma jeszcze szablonu przyczepy która tego AI z podstawki używa. Możesz użyć tego moda, żeby sobie taki szablon wygenerować (np. używając jakiejś istniejącej), bo jak pisałeś, modyfikacja nie będzie potrzebna do załadowania po zapisie :)

I have also realized that many gamers would need this mod. I am keeping this mod on the modlist compatible with the latest software version (Hubs & Transport patch (1.16.1 f2)

Sprawdziłem. Sprawa wygląda tak, że bez moda dalej nie można dodać odbieraków na przyczepę.

Natomiast faktycznie wystarczy zapisać przyczepę z odbierakami przy włączonym modzie i nie trzeba potem mieć moda w grze.

Reasumując - twórcy trolejebusów przegubowych dalej muszą go używać, ale mod nie jest wymagany do używania gotowego asseta w grze

@Piciak mod musi być włączony przy ładowaniu pojazdu do edytora żeby przekierowanie zadziałało, po zapisie możesz zrobić restart bez moda i sprawdzić czy się załaduje w nowej grze/jeszcze raz do edytora

Dzięki, zaraz mogę sprawdzić, bo mam pliki swoich citysmileów tylko usune twojego moda lokalnie.

@Piciak w skrócie, mod został wciągnięty do podstawowej wersji gry, natomiast nadal jest potrzebny, żeby poprawnie wybrało AI przy ładowaniu pojazdów. Nie testowałem jeszcze, ale na 99% wystarczy załadować pojazd w edytorze i zapisać ponownie, gra powinna zapisać go z AI z gry, a nie z modyfikacji. Aktualnie mod nie ma nic poza przekierowaniem na AI z podstawki (bo nazwa jest trochę inna).

Workshop item updated, it's still required to load assets created with the mod but the mod itself is redirecting all the logic to vanilla. Asset creators can try re-saving asset in the editor. That should remove hard dependency with this mod (not tested yet)

Paradox is saying that Trolleybus Trailer AI is part of the game patch arriving on 22nd March 2023.

I just removed it from the list temporarily, but I will put it back right after the update.

@StayHungryStayFoolish will be, no worries... I suggest reading the changelog for tomorrow's update.

@akademia.ingles trolleybus is connecting to the wire if the asset has one (was set to use it). I'm 99% sure you can easily create a road asset in the editor without the wires if you need one so vehicle won't try to use trolley pole (same as it does if the wire is too far from the vehicle).

@icedi no need. I've just tested, everything works perfectly on my side.
Make sure you are subscribed to Harmony dependency mod and obviously this mod and both are enabled in the Content Manager -> Mods tab.
If this mod is missing you will see missing trailers and other similar issue, that's the only reason.

the mod is included. And this is not only for trolleybuses but also for buses. It seems to me that after updating the game to a new version, you need to update all trolleybuses and accordion buses.

@icedi are you sure the mod is enabled? Could you send output_log.txt and also at least one link to asset which doesn't work?
