大大你好，我在用了你的模組後發現如果在前期全軍閥收復的狀態下，如果點完了九國公約後，一個中國國策會自動完成，但是該國策給的蒙古和唐努圖瓦核心效果不會觸發，而必須要在保持一個軍閥沒收復的狀態下，自己點擊國策他才能正常，請問大大是否會修復?
