this was made before artificial mass. in the old days when you had to strap on a rock with landing gear to the front of your ship and hope it doesnt become a projectile and blow the ship up from the inside out. :)

Actually, when I entered the relay while using jetpack, I got a small FPS drop! So was with the big blue ship. But it didn't last long, only like until I got the middle of the relay.

A) multiple picture angles of the game version and a hell of a long time. B) it works by excelerating the ship caught in the gravity. C) the pointy way D) no.

How is something like this even made? Like how does it work. Which way are the gravity generators? Does a thousand of them make an octa-core lag?

Turn off on ship gravity and pop a couple of artificial masses on the ship, works a treat

When I use this without the rock landing geared in I get a high acceleration but with the lag that I end up getting it seems like I am goig at normal speed.

Well I tried that, even by modifying the original small ship you put next to it with landing gear to hold multiple rocks, and the max speed boost I get is about 20m/s.

clamp the rock to the ship with a landing gear (preferably in the center of your ships mass). it shouls work fine then :)

How do you use this with large ships? I tried putting a rock in the hallway of a large ship, but it just flew away without damaging the ship.

Haven't gotten it to work outside of rocks, actually.

Personally shoulda been made out of light armour blocks to match what the relays look like, but still looks frickin awesome!

Radioactive Lobster: The design does work properly, but you need to turn off your engine once you fly in. You also need a rock. It does have 1000+ gravity generators I checked. The reason the ship needs to have no power is because of the gyro messing up the speed you are shot at, I think.

It looks the part, but sadly doesn't function that well. Even with the alleged 1,000+ Gravity Generators (I'm thinking its closer to 100/200) the pull you get barely does anything but fuck up your inertia. Still a good effort, more than I could manage!
