No AI, too much tiberium, no win trigger.
To set the player's starting credits, if you're using the remastered map editor:
Settings -> Map settings -> select the player from the players in the treeview on the left, then enter a value in the 'credits' box. The game will multiply the value you enter by 100, so if you enter 50 the player will start with 5000 credits.

Can somebody please tell me how to set the amount of money you start out with?
