@MrFunEGUY I don't know for sure, but maybe the problem is in the job's triggers (common/scripted_triggers).

The only this mod dont cause CTD. Its compability problem, if u find specific mod that cause it, I probably can fix this problem.

Hmm.... Interesting, for me it crashes in the first month of a fresh game. Must be a mod causing conflict, but took me age to figure out what was doing the unemployment, not doing it all again to figure out this crash, so swapped to different mods

@Movra_ I just played for almost 12 hours with this and 40 other mods with no CTD. Sounds like that problem is user end

This fixes the bug of unemployed, but does appear to cause a CTD when used with other mods

Did some changes in necrophage jobs. Maybe it solved a problem.

I am tested, its still working good.
Firstly, turn off all other mods and play 1 mounth,
Secondly, if still have issue, re-subscribe and play 1 mounth.
If its not working, try new game with another government and report results. Maybe problem in specific set of civiсs.

@Towboat421 In the latest version i dont have this problem, testing on multiplayer with 10 players. Maybe you confused with the original version of the mod?

Still having the issue of having a lot of unemployed workers from the start of the game with a lot of specialist jobs open.

Thank you for this update, Fagotto! Would it be too much to ask for an updated 4 ethics patch as well? It only changes one variable, so I think it should not much of a hassle.

No, classic version is updated by this own author. I prefer alternative version, may be did balance addon for this.

Giving some common civics to corporations is the original functionality of mod, I don't change it. I will fix the bug with jobs by the evening.

Yes I'm also having the issue with pops not taking specialist or ruler jobs.

Really happy to see this update so quickly! But... I think that this mod is currently keeping my pops from taking specialist/ruler jobs. I've tested with *only* this mod turned on.

Also, I think it's letting corporate governments take non-corporate civics.
