It's a challenging fight. One of the hardest in the game, but it's possible.
Each stun you do to him does not count as him having an action.
There are two ways to 'beat' him. You can bring a tanky healing team and outlast him that way. Or each time you "kill" him, he gets -10 acc. Eventually all his attacks will start missing if you "kill" him enough.
It apperts that Shibito(Both versions) don't have sounds.
Steam page description mentions extra randomly generated quests, but i haven't seen them since initial release of this mod.
A level 1 highwayman (not 0) has a damage range of 6-12. as long as he doesn't land a 6 or a 7, he can instant kill it.
They also have 25 / 35 / 40 dodge. using a level 1 highwayman again, he would have a 60% chance to hit it. That's hard to hit when normally he has a lot more vs apprentice monsters.
Cut the rate of the conditional mashes by half from 10% to 5% chance to hopefully fix some mash issues people have been having.
Lowered the chance of getting light sensitive from 50% vs disease resist to 30% vs disease resist.
Mod's gonna be disabled until this is resolved, sadly.

Also Joui Seirei laser attack chance has too high chance to inflict quirk, every time he shoots, three of my heroes get "Light Sensetive" quirk which forces to put all of them into Sanitarium, laser attack could be prevented by fast kill, but you usually meet at least 3 of this guys in medium mission, and sooner or later one of them uses this attack and makes Sanitarium full for one week, i think that reducing chance of getting quirk from this attack to 25% would be more balanced.
