If they are proposals, did you just upload the new custom strange part artwork images in a folder for valve to use? I'm thinking of uploading some strange part counter proposals myself and made some artwork for them.
No matter how many kills you made with one shot, as long as it's multikill it will be count as 1 point.

Agree, I thought about it. Suicide is the official term for all types of deaths "unaided by an opposing player" but in same time "Players who have recently damaged enemies who die from suicide or an environmental death get an assist in the kills list" - exactly what i propose to count. A bit dark because of little ambiguity does not conflict with the style of game (in my opinion).
Say you knock someone off a cliff or into a hazard -- Environmental Kills
or launch them into the air and they crater -- Craters Caused
or what if you damage an enemy and they then hit their killbind? I assume that would also track
