@tocguy - Thank you for the feedback, I am glad you like it.
They activate a speed gel dropper (provided you press both at the same time), The problem is the tractor beam prevents it from falling right away, so it isn't obvious.
I've rebuilt the room trying to make some of the puzzles more intuitive.

Wow! Fun chamber. What are the two small buttons (red button on thin white pedestal) in the room at the top of the transport beam supposed to do? I didn't find any use for them.
