Kobold Smith seems unable to spawn despite having the requirements. It says it's missing a Stone Forge even if you build the forge.

I know it's a bit of an older mod, but how am I meant to get Skulls?
I have prisoners in cages, but I can't send them to the gallows, or execute them?

More like an oversight, and forgot to implement a thing when I uploaded. It will be added in the next update!

I'm not seeing any way to grow your population limit beyond the base 10. Is this deliberate?
