@greatianempire Hello, your mod is screwing up the game notifications. [they are phasing and overlapping with wrong icons.] hope you can fix it soon :) it is a great mod you got going.

Ah I found the restriction, you cannot influence democratic nations, and you need to have over 1000pp in order to spend 100 pp

Like for example, in the menu, Minor nations flag's are greyed out even when I have 100 pp.
