My add-on simply modifies the population scripts while his add-on changes Swamp Fever's population type.
why can't l4d1 commons appear in dead center survival?
(Besides, I limit the L4D1 infected to hospitals and army bases because they don't have the "CEDA" logo on their side, and in a hospital especially, you don't need that kind of explanation.)

Chapter 4 was pretty special. It's the French Quarter and is stylised in many places, especially the crescendo event where you start an actual float. This was perfect to place formal infected. Why formal infected? Mardi Gras. Originally, though, formal infected were all over the Parish, but I decided to limit them to the French Quarter (Chapter 4) to make their appearance more meaningful.
